Shane Engines was granted a Patent in the UK in 2003 (Patent No: GB2399394) and in the US in 2006 (Patent No:US 7,100,549 B2). We believe that development of the engine from its current state requires a partner who has resources that will allow incorporation of the elements of a modern day engine (Valve Train, Combustion, Ignition, Injection (fuel), Piston design etc) so that the true efficiency of this new design can be delivered to the market.
